The Walk of the Moon

A multi-disciplinary immersive theatre event held at La Casita Verde in May 2016. Participants took a ritual journey through the four phases of the moon meeting elemental, masked beings and puppets, in order to return fertility to the goddess Tanit’s mythical tree of life. The final celebration and ceremony featured the giant goddess Tanit herself, and a performance from experimental folk duo Moth Rah. A collaboration with Michaela Meadow, Philip Kingslan John, Andres Orgalla, Moth Rah and other helpers at La Casita Verde. More photos on the Theatre of the Ancients Facebook page.
