Theatre of the Ancients founder Joanna Hruby offers storytelling performance for children and adults, specialising in the traditional folk tales and stories of Ibiza, collected by the Ibizan folklorist Joan Castelló Guasch. She is passionate about transmitting the ancient culture, history and folklore of the island to non-Spanish speakers through the medium of storytelling.

Joanna has performed storytelling at diverse events on Ibiza including the Amorevore Food and Arts Festival, the Ibiza Spirit Festival, World Localization Day 2021 in association with Local Futures, and for Extinction Rebellion Ibiza and Juntos regenerative farm.

Joanna is an alumni of the School of Myth, the storytelling school established by mythologist Martin Shaw in Devon, England.
